Honesty, integrity, loyalty, and dedication to world class customer service are characteristics which helped Vince Pickett succeed throughout his former career in the business world of database marketing and management.  Whether the client was a Fortune 500 corporate marketing team, a ”mom & pop shop" struggling to build a brand, or a non-profit organization working to expand awareness of their cause, every client Vince takes on receives the exact same level of passion and professionalism.  This commitment to clients was instilled during his earliest career years from mentors who preached the motto: “Make every client feel as though they are your only client”. From being actively involved in a number of Real Estate transactions over the years, Vince has learned that a successful Realtor must adhere to those same core values. It is critical to truly listen to each client and gain a thorough understanding of their needs. To be prepared for the unexpected, and most critically, to be available and responsive when such needs arises, always striving for the complete satisfaction of every client requirement. Originally from Jersey City, Vince relocated permanently to Monmouth County with his wife and three children in 1989, following many years of spending vacation times along the shore. Vince has always been actively involved in the community, volunteering as a coach, official and board member for local recreation activities, school sports and music organizations.  Vince has also been appointed to several Township advisory boards, serving on the Parks & Recreation and the Affordable Housing action committees.  Vince is well versed in the variations and similarities between the many communities throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties as well as his origins in Hudson County. This knowledge and experience along with the partnership opportunities, ongoing education, and marketing tools provided by the renowned Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Realtors, Vince can provide every client with all the advice and services needed for a successful real estate transaction.
